Hi,

I have tested the rules a second time. Withe Speedcommander.exe the excluded rule works. With Filesearch and Speedview the rules does not work.

Thanks.

I see. Perhaps I've misspelled the paths in the screenshots above. Sorry for this.

Please use the wrench button (see here) on the window's title to create exlusions for Speecommander's main window, as well as for SpeedView and FileSearch windows.
Very important: In all these newly created exclusions please enable Window Program checkbox, and disable Window Class and Window Caption checkboxes.

If the exclusions are applied correctly you shouldn't see any of additional title buttons in the SpeedCommander's windows.

After the exclusions work, please check if SpeedCommander still crashes when FileSearch or SpeedView are closed.

Hi,

In the filesearch and speedview windows I see no buttons. So my Exclusion is working. But the programms crashes.

What do you mean with: "Very important: In all these newly created exclusions please enable Window Program checkbox, and disable Window Class and Window Caption checkboxes. "

Exclusion programs have no other options or?

Thanks.

These checkboxes should be disabled just to make sure none of SpeedCommander's windows (independently of their titles and window classes) were extended by AWM.

Since you don't see any of the title buttons, but still the program crashes, means there's an incompatibility with AWM's internals.

Would it be possible for you to test a debugging version of AWM, which can collect some additional data about these crashes?
If you agree, I'll make such logging version and give you a link to its installation file.
