Bogdan,

the downgrade makes no difference. The problems persists.
Do you have any news?

Best regards

Hello, Harald

I've just sent you an email to the email address you've specified during registration on our website. There should be attached VirtualDesktops.ini file and instructions. Let us know the results.

Best regards.

Bogdan,

the new VirtualDesktops.ini file seems to be the solution.

- the number of desktop switchers and VDs are correct on every monitor
- the vd-names in the middle of the monitor are correct
- the backgroundcolors are applied to the correct vd

Best regards

Harald,

This happened because for some reason display identifiers for monitors 2 and 3 were mixed up in the VirtualDesktops.ini. This happened once, but for now we don't know why this happened.

Did this problem appeared right after you've created the virtual desktops, or you used the same virtual desktops settings before and they worked correctly and the problem is associated with some other events, for example with upgrade to 8.12.1?

Best regards.

Bogdan,

I´ve installed awm on my actual pc in july 2017. Since then awm worked proper with the settings up to april 2018. I don´t know what happened and can not assign any event to the problem. I assume that a program that updates automatically in background (virusprogramm, windows,...) causes the problem.
The problem did not appear after creating vds.

Best regards
