Any news on this as it really frustrates me not to be able to use AWM for so long.

I've been suffering with this problem for at least 6 months now. Since I identified AWM as the culprit I have largely been unable to use my two licensed versions. I am happy to pay a licence fee but I am beginning to feel it is not value for money. I think at least an indication of the possible fix time would be appropriate here, all I seem to be getting are terse replies not even an attempt being made to offer apologies for continued inconvenience.

Charlie,

I asked our developers team to increase the task priority. That's all I can do with the problem. Unfortunately, I can't tell you the possible fix time.

Best regards.
