For some reason the second monitor is like splitted in half, the height is smaller compared to the first monitor.

Monitor 1 (1280 x 1024)
Monitor 2 (1366 x 768)

Why this is happening?

Hello lonrot.

Could you send us the screenshot of this problem?

Did you try to change the resolution?

Best regards.

lonrot, did you try to change the resolution of the second monitor to it's normal values?

Those are its normal values, and yes I've tried to change to resolution to no avail.

By the way, those black bars on the second monitor do not exist, the image you see is properly framed inside the monitor.

Yes, i see. Does the problem occur when our program is not loaded?

Impossible to know, the program itself creates the start menu on the second monitor. That's the main reason why I installed this program.

So, the problem is only with the start menu and nothing else, right? I mean does it affect your desktop for example or anything else?

Yup, but sometimes the simplest solution is the best, I removed some custom shortcuts that were on the top of the start menu, now I can launch and search stuff without having it cropped out.
