How can I have my browser always launch in my primary monitor? Right now, it's launching in my secondary monitor.

I tried several scenarios.
This works for me really well and can be adjusted. Very stable too.
1. Place browser length and width where you want it. (I have IE9 on monitor #1 and Firefox monitor #2
2. Open tab for target window to add new and on the bottom drag the icon and drop in on your browser.
3. uncheck Program , check window caption using substring match, check class, check title
4. Go to the Position tap and check , move ate start to monitor and the exact monitor option
4a check restrict window (I found this to be the most stable)then drag the icon in this section to the browser and this will add number to the section field -- verify by clicking the "show" button
4b in the Via window menu item I have menu right and 0 in positions (I found this to be best when another window pop up it will not go under taskbar)
4c no more boxes are checked
save
the other tabs are up optional
