I am having some problems with a couple of the PCs I installed AWG on.  When a user loges in it seems that the icons get moved over to monitor2 and not the primary monitor1.  I have an application that also opens and gets launched on Monitor 2 so the users are not able to see their icons.  Have you ever heard of this happening?

Hello Geoffrey,

Could you clarify what icons are moving to the monitor2 (desktop icons, taskbar icons, etc)?

What applications do this moving happen with(name, version, etc)?

Please send to us your AWG configuration files (via File->Send Configuration->Send to the Tech Support).

Check whether the monitor2 checkbox "Use this device as the primary monitor" in "Monitors Layout and Settings" tab is checked or not.

Uncheck it if it's checked.

I am having the exact same issued described in the first post.  The checkbox for "Use this device as the primary monitor" is not checked for monitor two, but my desktop icons are showing on monitor 2 instead of monitor one.

Hello Michael,

Thanks for the message.

What our product do you use (name, version)?

What OS are you running (version, x32 or x64)?

Could you check whether the problem still persists with our product unloaded or not?

Do desktop icons rearrange if you move them to the primary monitor and then log off / log on?

Best regards.
