The Actual Multiple Monitors software is great, and it's been a huge productivity increase for me with 4 monitors.

One additional thing that would really help however, would be if I could specify that when I open brand new window from a particular monitor's taskbar, that it opens on that same monitor, rather than jumping to the designated primary monitor to open.  I then drag it back to the monitor which had the taskbar which opened it.

Is this function possible with AMM and I am just missing it, or is there some other method I could use to achieve this?  Thank greatly for any help,

Mike Davis

Hello Mike,

Thanks for the post.

You could enable the "Move at startup to monitor" option = "Having mouse pointer" on  the "Default settings" tab (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Window Settings -> Default settings).

Hope this helps.

Best regards.
