 Since upgrading to Version 3.3 no Title Buttons appear on windows on either of my monitors.

 I've just discovered that the actual function is there but without the icons being visible i.e. move mouse to where the buttons used to be and the text becomes visible and you can click on the seemingly blank space for operation.
