Hello Hassan Serry,

Thanks for the post.

Could you clarify what the buttons make the mouse sluggish?

Could you clarify how the mentioned "computer lock" looks?

Dear Vasiliy Ivachev,
thanks for your prompt concern about my problem. Regarding the first question, the cursor becomes sluggish and flicker when approaching all buttons; those of AWM and the usual minimize, maximize and close buttons of windows.
For the second question, the computer locks up so that all opened windows are unresponsive to the mouse cliks or keyboard
I need to add that my secondary monitor is connected to a Toshiba dock station with display link driver.
Thanks for your time and effort

Hello Hassan Serry,

Sorry but I can't reproduce your problem on our machine.
If it’s not important for you to use AWM for this program you might add them to exclusions:
http://www.actualtools.com/windowmanager/help/userinterface/excluded_windows_pane.php

Could you give a more detail description of these problems (with screenshots) if it's important for you to use AWM for this program? Do you use windows 7 x32 or x64?

Best regards!
