I found this problem on all AWM versions (6.0, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 beta 1, beta 2) and on XP and Win7 as well.
I'm using the classic theme (windows classic) on both XP and 7, and the AWM title buttons overlap chrome's minimize and maximize.
Obviously this is a Chrome problem (which doesn't appear when using aero or newer themes) but it is still preventing me from using necessary features as minimize.
You have a picture in the attachment.
I'll probably write to google as well so they fix the damn buttons according to the theme

Since the version
3.x
we have the
Shift the buttons
option
especially for the situations like this.
Create specific settings for
Google Chrome
windows and set this option as you need.
