WinXP Pro SP3
AWM 5.2
SnagIt 9.0.2 (English)

I ran AWM with SnagIt 8.2.3 with no problems.  The moment I installed SnagIt 9.0.2, AWM crashed.  It also crashes whenever I run SnagIt (SnagIt32.exe to be exact).  When SnagIt32.exe is excluded, AWM doesn't crash.

I can't seem to reproduce the problem now.  Very irritating.  I apologize.  If it happens again, I will post more useful information.

I DON'T seem to experience any crashes on SnagIt v9.0.2. Maybe you should considering updating to the latest SnagIt first, if that's possible, of course :)

What are you talking about?  As you can see in my opening post, I'm already running the latest SnagIt (9.0.2).  And in the post immediately above yours, I mention that I can no longer reproduce the problem.  I have no explanation for that.

I quickly dumped SnagIt 9.0 to revert back to version 8, so I have no idea.  Sorry.
