Hello,
I'm using Symantec Endpoint Protection 11.0.4 and AWM 5.2.
In most of cases when I try to shutdown my PC, it hangs. The only way to shutdown my pc, is killing the explorer.exe in the task manager and then shutting down.
When I uninstall AWM 5.2 there are no problems shutting down. so I think that it is somthing about AVM 5.2.
in the event log, I got on every time I try to shutdown a warning log 1073: Trying to Shutdon PC20010 was failed. -Screenshot is in the attachement.
Hope you can help me.
thank,
Fazez

Dear Fazez,
In version 5.3 we improved a compatibility with explorer.exe. We hope your problem is solved. Please, wait this version. We plan to release it this month.
