I've been evaluating Actual Tools Manager and I like the extra functionality; however, there are definitely a few quirks. I seem to have this tool bar on my background which doesn't respond to anything. How do I get rid of it?

Dear Kevin,
Have you got a program uTorrent Turbo Booster on your computer?

I have uTorrent but not the Turbo Booster (that I know of). I added an exception for uTorrent. Hopefully, that will fix it but, IS there a way to figure out what is causing this if it happens in the future?
EDIT: 1530 EST - No Joy. Still have the artifact

Dear Kevin,
It’s happening because one of your “background” program conflicts with AWM.
Try to find it (
see here how
) and add to list of exclusions.
