I've got an unusual window that I can create settings for by locating it while its running.  I set the position and size.  Sometimes switching monitors disturbs windows and this is one of them.  But the app does not have standard window controls or menus.  I can focus on it and use Win+F5, but it does nothing.  I can't find any other method of sending a signal to the window.

What is this application? Could you provide a link?

Do you mean the settings are not applied only when using Win+F5? Are they applied upon start of our software or of this app?
