In VMware I size my VM's to 2560x1920 because it's a good size for me. Then in VMware I select 'fit window now'. This causes 50% the status bar of VMware to extend into/behind the Windows task bar. I have to keep using that fit command when I start the VM because AWM will not recognize nor honor pixel locations beyond the top edge of the status bar. Is there some setting I can use to make it use the pixel location I specify?

Ron,
Thank you for your report.
Sorry but it seems I do not understand it clearly. Could you provide a screenshot of something depicting the reported issue?
Thank you!

I understand, it's not easy to describe. See attached and I'll explain the numbers in the screen shot below.
1. This is how AWM normally sizes the VMware Window.
2. This shows the size of the VMware window after I tell VMware to fit the window to the 2560x1920 dimensions of the VM.
3. Note the scroll bars in the VM window
4. Note how the bottom edge of the VM window is alighted right next to the top edge of the taskbar.
5. Note how the VM window vertical dimension have changed ever so slightly and now the edge of that window extends beyond/behind the top edge of the taskbar.
In the desired size, I can drag the cross-hairs over the window to capture the dimensions. But the dimensions it captures are those in figure 1. No problem, I figured I could just manually adjust the height by entering a pixel count that's slightly higher. When I do that, the new height is saved but the window height does not change - even if I try to reapply current settings.
So for some reason, AWM is unable to size a window if the edge of that window goes beyond the top edge of the taskbar. It's like the taskbar is a brick wall.

Thanks team for the quick response/solution. The fix for me in this case was a setting I'd never used before.
