From time to time, programs stop obeying the rules specified in Actual Windows Management. Is there a way of restoring compliance WITHOUT resetting the rules ?

Hello, Joseph
Thank you for contacting us.

From time to time, programs stop obeying the rules specified in Actual Windows Management.
Do you recall when exactly this problem started? Was it associated with some particular events (for example Windows update or Actual Window Manager update)?
What are the programs in question and what actions they refuse to obey?
What version of Actual Window Manager you're running now?
Could you specify the exact number of your Windows build (type winver in the Search field of the Windows Start menu, press Enter. The window containing the build number will appear).
Best regards.

'Do you recall when exactly this problem started?'
In the last couple of weeks.
'Was it associated with some particular events ?'
Not that I know of.
'What are the programs in question ?'
For the most part Explorer windows - WITH EXCEPTIONS.
Even before the recent 'refusal to obey', there was often confusion, the rules for one window applied to another.
I distinguish between Explorer windows with 'exact match' for 'windows caption'.
The FOLDER OPTIONS settings of 'Display the full path in the title bar' had got unticked, but ticking it again does NOT seem to solve the problem.
It seems that making sure the Window Caption ACCURATELY shows the file path, is the solution to the problem. If it isn't I'll be back
'what actions they refuse to obey'
Location and shape of the windows.
'What version of Actual Window Manager you're running now?'
v8.14.5
'the exact number of your Windows build'
x32Win10ProV22H2 - I can't imagine you need more detail than that.

I want to repeat my unanswered inquiry - how do I get notification about THIS topic, but NOT all the others in the forum ?
