Using VD I often have the blue screen with comment:
BAD_POOL_CALL(ER)
The problem disappears when I switch this feature off.
What info do you need to analyse this problem deeper?

At what moment exactly does it appear: when switching between virtual desktops or smth else? Are there any guaranteed steps that lead to this problem?
The next time you encounter the problem, go to
C:\Windows\Minidump\Minidump.dmp
, zip it and send at support@actualtools.com
BTW what OS do you have (what version exactly)?

OK, I will wait and I'll send you what you want if it happen.
The problem occurs randomly, from 10 minuts to 3 hours since I switch on the VD feature. I'm not quite sure at this moment, but when I switch it off, the problem doesn't occur.

Yes there is.
I started again using AWM with Virtual Desktop option. As I mentioned before, suddenly, I was given BSOD with comment BAD_POOL_CALLER. That situation happened twice, so in the minute I will send you the minidump files as you wished.

We have received your minidumps and analyzed them. The first one reveals as a crash cause the
Code
ati2mtag.sys
module, which is the ATi video driver. The second one reveals as a crash cause the
Code
nltdi.sys
module, which is the part of
NetLimiter
.
So the first thing - please try to disable
NetLimiter
and see if this solves the problem. If not then try to update your video drivers to the latest available version.

I've just updated the driver. If I see spot something, I'll let you know.
