and if i want to pick from a list of monitors, is there an icon/toolbar to do that?

Hello, Len
Thank you for contacting us.
You can add custom "Move to monitor" title buttons and specify a monitor to which the button will move a window (AWM configuration module > Window Settings > Default Settings (if you want to enable the button for the most windows)/ particular specific settings (if you want to enable it for particular application) > "Title Buttons" section of the settings > add new title button (the green plus sign button) > Move to Monitor). Then enable and adjust the newly created button and hit Apply.

Try clicking the button with the right mouse button - it will open the monitor selector window, in which monitors are graphically represented.
