I reproduced this problem when I installed fresh AMM from Steam (on W7 PRO x64bit) and showed Languages on AMM taskbar (in default after installtion languages hidden) , then Languages pop out from the system taskbar. But only once, then it still on taskbar without any problem.
I don't know why, but I didn't had this problem after I created this topic. Maybe some random bug in system?

Is the language bar undocked only when you open projects in Visual Studio?
Seems so. I did not manage to reproduce the problem by just opening an empty environment.

Does it depend on where you open projects from – the taskbar jump list or Windows explorer?
I see the problem if I open a project/solution either from taskbar context menu associated with the pinned visual studio icon or from windows explorer.

I do not see this behavior if I open a solution from within the visual studio though.

Petr,

Thank you for the information.

Evgeniy,

We've managed to reproduce the problem. Now we'll try to figure out what causes this behavior and to fix it. We'll post in this topic if we have any results or if we need some additional information from you.

By the way, it seems like it doesn't matter if you launch VS in the "Run as admin" mode or in normal mode, problem persists anyway.

Best regards.
