Hi,
I just installed AWM 8.11.3 on my fresh WIN10 X64(V1709) system. I added just one specific rule for Total Commander (v9.12 x64), so that the window becomes transparent and it's rolled up when inactive. Nothing happens!
I've been using AWM for many years on my WIN7 system.

Applications launched in the "Run as administrator" mode can also be processed by AWM. You need to enable the "Support system utilities and administrative tools" option in order to make AWM affect such applications. The option can be changed during the installation of the program only. Your AWM configuration remains unaffected during the reinstallation.
Best regards.
