Is there any way to move the title bar tile locations? The default location conflicts (overlays) with the Skype for Business control buttons

Yes, there is the ability to change placement of title buttons. You need to use the "Shift title buttons horizontally" option in the settings that are applied to this window.
To go to the settings that are applied to particular window click the “Manage window settings” title button (Wrench icon) or the extra window menu item with the same name and then click the "Modify applied settings" item of the opened submenu.
If the Default Settings are applied to this window, probably it's better to
create new Specific Settings for this window/group of windows
so that title buttons were shifted only for this window/group of windows.
Let me know if I may be of any further assistance.
Also this placement of title buttons is not normal, we'll investigate this problem.
