The new Windows 10 File Explorer Tabbed Window cannot be selected as a Target Window.
When I attempt to do so, the "Program" is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Actual Window Manager\TabbedContainer.exe
This cannot be correct.

Since I cannot select this window as a target, I cannot create a resize or position rule.

Robert,

The specified "Program" value is correct.
