Hi,
I have got this actual multiple monitor for 3 months now and I really like the product but there are few things which are troubling me:
1. every couple of hours, I get a pop up blank window and title bar say "SelfService Main". I have no idea what is this for and why it is showing. I use my laptop at different meetings and it is annoying when it pops up in the middle of a presentation. Can someone please clarify how to get rid of this?
2. I use a tool called HyperSnapto take screenshot. Now, if I try to take a screenshot from my 2nd and 3rd monitor then it does not work properly and messes up my display. I need to use my 1st/default monitor to make it work. Any idea why?
3. If I hover my mouse on the second task bar and try to preview, then it does not work. This functionality only works on my default monitor task bar items.
4. For some of the apps when I open a new windows then I get a really small window and all the buttons are squeezed up into one basically and really hard to resize. Even though I always used the app in Maximised mode, it opens up minimised when I open it as a new window.
Not sure if I have managed to clarify myself here about what's happening to me with this app but feel free to ask any question for this. I really like this software and want to keep using it in future.
Thanks

* version of your Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8, etc.)
* edition of your Windows (32-bit or 64-bit)
* name and version of the 3rd party program, in case you have a problem with some particular software (e.g. Mozilla Firefox 22.0)
Thanks!

Raj,
Could you also provide a step-by-step description of how to reproduce the issue with HyperSnap?

What applications have you noticed this problem with? Do you have specific settings for these applications?
Could you send us your configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tool (Configuration module > Tools > Configuration > Send to Tech Support)? Please add a link to this topic the email.
Best regards.
