Hi,
I am new to AMM and am having some difficulties with Desktop Profiles.
I am using a Surface 3 pro with a docking station with 2 monitors for my desktop. my problem was when I was using the surface a standalone tablet/laptop I was having to change the screen resolution via control panel every time as AMM was looking for multiple monitors. I discovered Desktop profiles and created on e just for the standalone tablet. however it does not seem to have saved my settings and I have to change the resolution and add my background back every time I use the Surface on its own - very annoying! Also AMM is showing that I have two monitors available when in stand alone mode when clearly I only have one the tablet screen!
any ideas as to what could be wrong for either or both situations?
Thanks.

Hello Marc,
Thanks for the post.
What version of Actual Multiple Monitors are you running?
How do you activate a Desktop Profile you need (using hotkeys, an AMM's tray icon context menu item or the "Activate profile" button in the configuration window)?
Could you also provide screenshots of your Desktop Profiles settings?
Best regards.
