Do you use any software that extends or customizes functionality or appearance of a taskbar and its elements?

The only other tools for replacing or enhancing the Windows environment.

True Launch Bar

Sincerely,
Lars

Thank you for your reply, Zardoz!

This issue is definitely associated with True Launch Bar. Please do the following:
  • right-click the native Windows taskbar;
  • unmark the True Launch Bar menu item at Toolbars submenu;
  • in Actual Window Manager enable the Replace the primary taskbar option and apply the changes;
  • right-click the primary Actual Window Manager taskbar and enable the True Launch Bar for it.

Hope this helps!
Best regards.

This issue is definitely associated with True Launch Bar. Please do the following:

Alexander, performing the items in your list above, plus:
  • Native Windows Taskbar Auto-Hide = DISABLED (was enabled)
  • Reboot Required

CASE RESOLVED

Please note: If the Windows Native Taskbar has auto-hide = enabled the activating Windows Start button via mouse or Win Key will bring up the Native Windows Taskbar. Further, the Native Windows Taskbar will display at the top of the screen (if docked at the top of the desktop) a line to activate the hidden Native Windows Taskbar and it will then overwrite the AWM Taskbar.

Thanks!!!

Sincerely,
Lars
