I made a post about it here
http://www.actualtools.com/forum/read.php?FID=11&TID=3258
but more or less what I want to know is their an option I can use that makes my start bars independent like if I open a program on my second screen start menu then it loads the program on that screen and vise versa on primary?
As it stands I have two start bars but they program just loads in last location which is great and all but it be nice to have independent control when I am playing a game on the other screen or something and want to load something using the ignore dectection option.
