After updating to 8.1.2 the task bar looses it colour and goes black. This only seems to happen once Actual Window Monitor has loaded. Disabling AWM in start up normal colour task bar, re-enable AWM in start up and restart causes task bar to loose colour.

I have the exact same problem. I'm also using StartIsBack+ 1.5.2.
Unlocking and moving the taskbar solves the problem until the next unload/load of AWM.

Same problem here, but using AMM
Enabling Transparency within the Taskbar settings and keeping it set to 0 "fixes" the problem but you lose Aero transparency.

Same as Andrew, I use Start is Back. Also happens with start is back 1.5 RC3.
I found similar to Zero (not sure what AMM is), within Start is back, if you goto apperance and tick then untick taskbar translucency then it works until next restart.
Must be something new in 8.1.2 that does something different from 8.1.1 as there was no issues in 8.1.1 with same setup.

Hello gentlemen,
The problem has been confirmed.
We'll try to fix it.
Zero Shift, are you running Start Is Back?

I've not downloaded to test with StartIsBack 8.1.3, however I guess the issue still currently persists in that version, and with Netgrafik Netgrafik using classic shell.

Update for mainly for Dev info.
Using 8.1.3 and Start8 all is ok.
Using 8.1.3 and StartIsBack causes the issue.
Seems something between StartIsBack and AWM 8.1.2 and 8.1.3 conflicting.
