Side-scrolling doesn't work

I love the side-scrolling feature ability using the mouse, where one can use a shortcut to scroll with mouse movement (particularly scrolling left/right). However, it doesn't work in some programs, unfortunately.
Three programs in particular:
Process Exporer (
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx
)
Process Lasso (
http://bitsum.com/
)
Windows Firewall Control (
http://www.binisoft.org/wfc.php
)
Any possibility this could be resolved? Or, is there something I could do to personally fix it on my system? I don't know the mechanisms of what's happening for it to work or not, so I don't know how to diagnose why it works for one program but not another.
Thanks.

Hey guys, a few minor issues --
1.) In Process Explorer, the
top pane
still can't side-scroll. The bottom pane (loaded dll's) can side-scroll fine. But the top pane won't at all. I'd guess this has something to do with the window "split" where the far left .exe name column remains stationary, while the right pane of columns is scrollable (in order to constantly see which row belongs to which process), but doesn't side-scroll.
2.) In Windows Firewall Control (
http://www.binisoft.org/
), side-scrolling still doesn't work. (Up/down scrolling does work, though)
3.) In Process Monitor, side-scrolling doesn't work. (Up/down doesn't work, either, but that's not a problem)
4.) Side-scrolling isn't working in Cyberfox.exe, either. It's a popular fork of Firefox that's used by many. I seem to remember side-scrolling working before in this, but it's not now, even while still working in other programs.
5.) Task Manager isn't working (Windows 7)
Side-scrolling works great in Process Lasso now, though -- thanks!
Thanks,
Win7/Win8.1 Pro (x64)

Hello, Steve!
The issue with the applications you listed has been partly confirmed and is going to be fixed.
Also, could you please specify the hotkey you assign to Drag-to-scroll, as it seems to affect the feature's performance in listed applications.
Thank you for your post! Best regards.
