Hello, I am currently evaluating actual Windows Manager. I was using a different window manager program that does not work with Windows 8.

One feature that I used a lot that I cannot find in AWM is the ability to completely hide a running program. Basically, it would minimize the program, and hide the task bar. You could then open the manager program to restore the window.

Is this possible with AWM?

Hello,

Yes, this is possible:

1. Create specific settings for the required window.

2. Enable the At startup option.

3. Set the Minimization Mode to "Tray".

4. Select the No icon option.

You will be able to restore the window via Unhide submenu.
