AWM 8.0.3 is no longer applying settings to any x64 window on my system. x32 windows continue to work correctly. Both Windows 8 and 8.1 exhibit the problem. Please advise!

Hello Josh,
Could you provide me an example of the problem?

Josh,
I was unable to reproduce the problem on my Windows 8 64-bit machine.
Are you experience the problem with Windows Explorer only or with other applications too?
Could you send me your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> Tools -> Configuration -> Send to Tech Support)?

Nope, not just Windows Explorer. Any 64bit application. Basically AWM works with my browsers and visual studio and that is pretty much it now.

I'm getting a little bit frustrated with the lack of responsiveness fr om Actual Tools and the problems I've had with AWM on Windows 8/8.1. I've been a paying customer of Actual Tools since Mar of 2006 with AWM 4. Both AWM 7 and 8 have advertised Windows 8 compatibility but been broken in fundamental ways. AWM 7 had a confirmed Alt+Tab bug that I could never get confirmation on whether AWM 8 solved or not. Now this additional issue with AWM 8.
I will try completely removing AWM 8 and re-installing on each of my systems wh ere I have experienced the issue. If that does not solve the problem... I'm not sure what to do. Please advise, ASAP.

Uninstalled AWM, deleted all files, folders and registry entries pertaining to it that the installer left and then re-installed. Same issue. Please advise, ASAP.

Just noticed that the x64 version of SQL Server Management Studio does NOT have it's title buttons applied but it does have all of the AWM additions to the system menu. However, MS Office apps, Windows Explorer, Task Manager, etc. still do NOT have any AWM additions applied to them.

Retargetting the window of SQL Server Management Studio reapplied all of its settings. Retargetting did not work for any of the other programs mentioned.

I finally figured out what was causing this issue.
Bins from 1UP Industries.
Somehow, it is interfering with Actual Window Manager applying settings to x64 programs.
I've uninstalled it and AWM is working as expected.
I will be contacting them about their product, but wondered if you could perhaps look at it from your angle.
Thanks!
