The "Scroll inactive windows with the mouse wheel" option is one of my favorite features of this program.
Until recently, I could use this functionality to scroll sub-windows of the active window -- when the sub-window itself was not active -- but the mouse was hovering over the sub-window. For example, I could scroll the navigation pane of an explorer window without first clicking in the navigation pane. Now I can only scroll a sub-window by first clicking in it, making it active.
Oddly enough, I can still scroll any sub-window of an
inactive
window while hovering the mouse.
I believe one of the more recent updates to AMM broke this functionality, although it's possible I have another program conflicting with the window control.
