Title buttons wont disable on Firefox windows

I'm trying to disable the Title buttons but, changing the settings in AMM doesn't do seem to do anything. The title buttons still show up on Firefox windows. I'm using version 5.1.1, on Win 8 Pro (64 bit).

Could you please go to Configuration window, then Tools, Configuration, Send to Tech Support, and fill the form, for the further investigation.
