I can not seem to get the task bar to show up correctly on both of my monitors. I have the multi-monitor taskbar enabled and set to individual mode and all four options are enabled, however it does not seem to have any effect on my system. I had a trial version of AMM 4.1 and these features all worked correctly in that version. Any advice on getting this to work correctly?

Hello Rafal.

What OS are you running (version, 32 or 64-bit)?

What our product (name, version) are you running now?

Do you have any third-party taskbar or desktop management software on your PC?

Do other features work?

Best regards.

I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Actual Multiple Monitors version 4.3

I have no other desktop or taskbar management software installed

Some features work like desktop divider, and the wallpaper and screensaver settings, but multi-monitor task switcher does not, nor does the context menu for the desktop work (it shows me the regular windows context menu, without the "next slide" option as well)

These features seemed to all work in version AMM version 4.1, but not in version 4.3

I was unable to reproduce the issue.

Could you send us the configuration files using the Send to Tech Support tools?

Hello Rafal.

How are your taskbars configured? Are they on autohide and not "On top"?

No, the taskbars are always visible. The multi-monitor taskbars are just not showing up at all. When I right click on the taskbar itself, I get the standard windows menu options, and not the AMM options

Please, check whether the ActualMultipleMonitorsShellCenter64.exe is in the list of processes in Windows Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc). If it's not there, try to track the appearance of this process on launching AMM.

The next beta, which will be released soon, will provide the ability to track down errors of ActualMultipleMonitorsShellCenter64.exe process.

Best regards.

The process is in the task manager process list, and I had tried ending the process, stopping AMM, and restarting AMM with the "run as administrator" option, but this still does not help.

Hello Rafal.

Anyway you should wait for the next beta.

Do you have anti-virus or firewall software installed?

Best regards.
