I have five monitors on a lenovo laptop and pluggable usb to HDMI connectors. I can identify all of the monitors without a problem, but when I reorganize in the organization window, press apply and then identify and none of the monitors have changed. It is hard to work with if I cannot organize to a useful layout. It worked fine when I only had two extra monitors..now that I have four extra it has problems. I have tried to remove two monitors and it show them as ghost and will not align correctly. this is very frustrating trying to figure out where the mouse will appear next.

Hello Stephen.
What do you mean "none of the monitors have changed?" and what is the difference between this situation and when you had two extra monitors?
Our program can't change the monitors numbers, it can only change their position in relation to each other in the system layout.
Best regards.

The monitors do not reorder....if I were to move monitor 3 to the left of monitor 4 and then hit apply...they have not changed positions. Currently the monitors order as follows: 1, 3, 4, 2, 5 from left to right. I have tried to move the monitors around to reorder and no matter what they stay in that exact order. at least with the two extra monitors they order well enought.
The program does not change thier position to each other..and not understanding why, since it is supposed to.

Do you mean the images of the monitors on the "Monitors Layout and Settings" tab get back to initial position (1, 3, 4, 2, 5) when you hit Apply however you've moved them before?
The actual monitors layout (not the layout depiction on the "Monitors Layout and Settings") doesn't change also, right?
Are you able to change the layout via the standard Windows settings? With our program enabled and disabled.
Best regards.

If I disable the multi monitor program, go into the intel monitor program the default for the laptop, it does not show additionl monitors. I still have access to the two extra monitors I have.
To answer your other question. my monitors are ordered 14352...if i reorder them in 12345 order they are still in the 14352 orders..I can move them and do anything I would like they stay in that order.

Instead of using the intel I went into the default windows program...don't know what I was thingking... I have attached the image of the layout from the windows display.
the other question I can reorder the screens in your program and they stay in the original layout even thought your program shows them as rearanged.

It seems that the problem is not associated with our software.
To make sure disable our program and check whether the problem still persists.
If you won't be able to rearrange the layout via standard Windows settings, that would mean it's definitely not our program that causes this behavior.
Best regards.
