When ATB is loaded, on my system ObjectDock (from Wincustomize.com) has a weird problem. I set the Dock to Autohide - it behaves kindof like the Dock on Mac OS X when you do that, and gives you similar functionality. However, with ATB loaded, when I mouse over the Dock area, it appears as it's supposed to, but it blanks out a section of the desktop, and any window(s) occupying that part of the desktop. That blank section STAYS there, too, after the Dock has retracted. Unload ATB, and the problem goes away. Pretty annoying.

Thanks for the report, we will check it in the near future. Did you try to create an exclusion for
ObjectDock
?

Here are the exclusion parameters to get rid of this issue:
Name: Stardock ObjectDock
Window class: DockCatcher
Program: ObjectDock.exe

Again, this exclusion seemed to fix the problem. Thank you!
