Actual Tools Cooperation Request

Dear John Smith,

In the near future Actual Tools company plan to develop the next major update of its products so I'd like to request your cooperation on this way: we'd like to get some feedback on how our customers use our software and which tasks they solve with it to better understand their needs and therefore more exactly choose the development directions.

So it would be very nice of you if you send us your settings to analyze. It's pretty simple to perform and won't take much of your time: just open your Actual Tools program's Configuration window, then select 'File -> Send Configuration -> Send to the Tech Support' in its main menu and then send the auto-created e-mail message (please don't touch its contents).

I guarantee that all the information which you will send to us will be used internally only and strictly for the purposes of development of new version of Actual Tools programs; it won't be shared or revealed in any way.
