Is it possible to pin a program two two different monitors so that when you open the program it will open on the monitor that launched it. IE this way I can open two file managers on two screens without opening and moving one.

Hello, ed
Thank you for contacting us.
Have you considered using the "Move to monitor > Having mouse pointer" option in the settings that are applied to applications (Default Settings or Specific Settings in case of particular application)? The option resisdes here: the Actual Tools configuration module > Window Settings > Default Settings/particular Specific Settings > Startup > Move to monitor > Having mouse pointer.
In case you don't know how to create Specific Settings for particular application you can learn about it
here
.
Best regards.
