So far no one knows how to fix this problem If you can I will send you a whole dollar my E-mail is pnstewart@hotmail.com
The problem is on a friends computer he has two accounts, both are admins dont ask why. And for some reason beyond his controle task manager has been disabled and it refers you to the Admin. But I can not fix the problem I didn't even know that task manager could be disabled in admin accounts.
For the recorded it is windows xp 2001 home edition
