AMM 4.3 Beta 2 (Windows 7)
I have had this problem occasionally in the release version as well, but had not reported it.
It seems to happen if I have something maximized in the primary window . Usually I get a Skype call when I am in a game and pressing on the button does nothing - I can't answer the call. Sometimes, I'm trying to close a browser or browser window . In this case, I had a maximized Youtube video on the primary monitor and was trying to select a button on a notepad dialog box (save as, cancel). If I unload AMM, I can press the button.

Hello Michael.
What OS are you running (version, 32 or 64-bit)?
Are you always able to reproduce it?
Does the problem with buttons affects all windows?
Are you able to press the start button on the secondary?
Are you able to switch to the window whose buttons don't work with the task switcher (Alt+Tab)?
Are you using the ignore deactivation feature?
Best regards.
