I love the feature of independent virtual desktops per monitor, but I'm not sold. I find the hotkeys to be inefficient.
I'd love to bind the mouse wheel or side mouse buttons to the hotkeys that change virtual desktops so I can simply move the cursor between screens and cycle between that screen's virtual desktops (e.g. win+mousewheelup/down for next/previous desktop on that display).
