I don't use the Windows feature to combine taskbar items, but I think it is very useful to hide label for some applications (or all, if not possible) for better use of screen space.

You guy think this is possible or Windows APi doesn't allow it by any way?

Cool! Sad, it's not compatible with Windows 8. When you try to open "Taskbar Inspector" to change config per application, it shows the warning "not injected into explorer".

Would be amazing to see this feature integrated to AWM!

[x] Hide Label on Taskbar.

For more info, the small application with that feature is called 7 Taskbar Tweaker.
