I'm going to have to agree with Chris on this one. We paid for version 3 and this bug existed for pretty much the entire time I've been using the software. Asking us to pay for an upgrade to fix a bug that's existed for this long in the version we paid for is a little unreasonable. If you can't fix the bug in version 3, then its only fair that we be given a free upgrade to version 4 to remedy what has been a long-standing problem for one of they key pieces of software we both use on our systems.

It's been over a week now since Chris and I posted on this issue and I've yet to see a response from your staff. I don't know how you can expect us to pay you a second time to fix the software we paid for the first time that hasn't worked correctly in over 6 months when you can't even be bothered to acknowledge your customers' legitimate concerns in a timely manner, let alone provide them with a response on the matter.
