Hello,
We have had this Software called Caseware and it has always worked. Now we have upgraded to Caseware 2015 and the toolbar that allows us to switch between screens does not appear on the toolbar. How can this be remedied.
Thank you

Hello Antonio,
Thanks for the post.
Please specify whether other AMM's features (hotkeys, window menu items, snapping, desktop divider etc.) work with Caseware or not. Could you also specify which User Account Caseware and Actual Multiple Monitors are ran under?

None of the features work or appear on Caseware.
The user account is a windows domain account that has local admin privileges

Antonio,
Could you reinstall Actual Multiple Monitors with the "Support system utilities and administrative tools" option enabled during the re-installation process (your configuration files will not be affected) and check whether additional title buttons appear or not?
If not, please specify your OS (version, 32 or 64-bit) and versions of Caseware and Actual Multiple Monitors.

I did what you said. I reinstalled with the options you stated and still the same thing.
I Have Windows 10 64, This also happens on Windows 7 64 & 32.

Antonio,
Caseware has several products (Working Papers, IDEA, Cloud, etc.). Please specify which one you are running.

Antonio,
Unfortuantely, I can't find a trial version of Caseware Working Papers and test the issue. Do you know where I could download the trial version of the product from or send us (support@actualtools.com) its installation file?

No you cannot download it from their site. You have to have an account with them to get the software. I will send you the installation file via your email address.

Hello, Antonio.
The problem has been confirmed, but it is not on our side. The reason is that new version of Working Papers has non-standard window, so our program can't add the title buttons to it in the usual way: it is necessary to add the standard title bar to this window first. Unfortunately, Actual Multiple Monitors doesn't have this feature, but Actual Window Manager can do this.
Also, the "Move to monitor at startup" function works for the Working Papers window. Please consider using of this feature, maybe it will suit you.
Best regards.
