This is a continuation of the discussion from the beta topic. At the bottom of this message is a link to a short video I took that shows the error.
First shot of the video I'm opening photoshop and selecting a random graphic file. Then opening another random graphic file. The camera pans to my second monitor and you will notice that the graphic that was opened first appears on my secondary display as a window. I then click on the title bar of that window and the two graphics swap positions. I click one more time on that window and now both graphic files show full screen within the photoshop frame as normal.
Sorry for no audio, hopefully that helps figure out the issue.

Oh, I should also add, it does not exhibit this behaviour when AWM is not active.
