 Edit: You guys can ignore this question.  I emailed support and they just responded with an awesome late night response.  I have included the answer at the bottom of this message for anyone that wants to know.

I think before I read somewhere that the license for ATB allows you to put the software on one desktop and one laptop computer.  Does that still apply with the latest version?  Does it still apply with the older versions(i.e. 3.0)?

ANSWER:

According to the terms of the license, which is true for all products and versions of Actual Tools programs : "Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Software simultaneously on two computers where one is stationary (home PC/work PC) and another is mobile  (laptop/notebook/Tablet PC) - for any legal purpose, at any single time."
