 Hi - it's really good to see that you are offering live chat support, but the implementation can be really irritating. Is there some way to turn it off? It's constantly popping up in my browser whilst I'm on the support site, asking me to leave a message, which is exactly what I'm doing in the support forum!

 Hello David,

Thanks for the post.

Now the Chat is minimized (looks like the "Chat with us, we are online!" button) by default and shouldn't bother you.
Does it fit your needs?

 The chat box is still popping open randomly over what I'm reading / typing... Can I (or you) make it _never_ automatically open?

 Thanks Vasiliy - just to check, did you make that change _before_ or _after_ my recent post (10.04.2015)? If before, then it's still happening (i.e. it did it to me on 10.04.15). If after, then many many thanks!
