Hi,
I have my main Steam window (the one with the store and library) set to resize to half of my screen and align to top left on startup. It works perfectly fine until I launch a game in fullscreen and then exit it. Every time I do this, the Steam window just freezes. Disabling the rule resolves the issue.

Thanks for the post.
Could you send me your configuration files (Actual Window Manager -> File -> Send Configuration -> Send to the Tech Support)?
Could you also send me a screenshot of the main Steam window?
