You load the software.. try it out and suddenly notice that every time you click on Start button the pop-up is totally black, and untill I 'wipe' mouse pointer over this area, do I get to see the buttons.. Still dark black background.. Anybody know how to cure thi..?? Or is it a no win and software removal situation..??

Steve,
First of all, please specify which "software" are you talking about, we have 7 different products. Then, please tell me did you make any changes in software's configuration, or simply send it to me ("File -> Send Configuration -> Send to the Tech Support" command in the main menu of program's Configuration window).
