I have Actual Multiple Monitors 3.4.2 Paid version running on Win7-64. The PC in question has four monitors attached - a desktop LCD, 2 plasma TVs and a projector. The desktop LCD is used only on this PC, but the other devices have multiple inputs and may be in use by a different device. I have built a set of desktop profiles with associated Hotkeys to switch between various monitor combinations, and they all seem to work fine except for one. When I sel ect the profile that makes only the desktop LCD active (my desired shutdown condition to make sure the Windows login screen comes back where I can always see it), one of the TVs remains active along with the LCD. I have deleted this profile and recreated it numerous times, but this problem persists. I have 5 other profiles (including one that runs only the projector), all of which work perfectly all the time, but there seems to be a bug that is preventing this one fr om working.

Any ideas?

Hello Greg,

Thanks for the post.

Could you send me your configuration files (Actual Multiple Monitors -> Send your configuration files to the Actual Tools technical support)?

What hardware do you use (videocards, types of cables)?

Best regards.

Vasiliy-

Did you get a chance to look at the config files and setup info I sent in earlier this week?

Hello Greg,

The problem has been confirmed.

We'll try to fix it.

As workaround, you could use the standard "Screen Resolution" window to keep only your USB monitor on.
Or you could connect this monitor without USB adapter (using VGA, HDMI, DVI...).

Best regards.

Hello Greg.

Please install the latest AMM 4.1 beta and check whether the problem still persists.

Best regards.
